Blocks done except for embellisments

Hopefully I will get the embellishments on my blocks soon.  My fence is just an ordinary wood fence instead of a picket fence.  My husband made a 3 foot tall wood fence like this when our first grandchild was a toddler and we needed to make sure she stayed in the back yard.  It worked.
I have plans for the embellishments on the fence.

I was on a roll today.  Got row 2 all done.  A close up of one of the hearts.  I like the navy fabric with the works.   I don't know if I can face making the whole row of fireworks blocks.  I have made 1 of them.   My congratulations to all of you who have made a whole row of them!

I went to the post office at 8:30 AM and got the block into the mail.  The postman said that it would get there on Thursday.  I didn't think it would take that long.

Quilting is my hobby.  I enjoy it very much.  I make quilts for family members and for friends.  I belong to a local quilt group of friends and we make quilts for local charities.  Most of the time we make baby quilts and lap quilts.  I really am a scrap lover and don't like to waste any fabric.
I am looking forward to participating in this Row quilt.  I like the theme and the name she has chosen for the quilt.   We are to chose fabrics similar to the ones that have been shown.  They don't have to be the exact same fabrics.  Am I understanding correctly?

By the way.  I live in Oregon.
