I headed out today to find fabrics to use at the basis for my swap blocks. And here is what I found. I hope they look ok.I'll be pulling any green, blue, yellow and background fabs from my stash.
But thinking of the background - any specifics on what that should be?

I think your fabrics look great!
The backgrounds will likely be white, not cream colored. For this first row we are just using any background color that coordinates with the color scheme but allows the machine to show up well. I have used white, yellow, polka dots on white, and blue.
Originally I was going to do white background, but I wanted to do a two colored machine with white and it would not show up on a white background.
We will have to wait and see on the other rows as they develop.
