Lyn's least favorite color is red so she chose to make a red truck. She embroidered the wire on the fence and the lines in the road. She appliqued the road, truck, and fence.

The new piece really changed the look -- I LOVE it. The fence is still my favorite part, but the truck and road really add a lot.

I figured you'd add red (since you don't like it). You have gone to a lot of work and it is beautiful!

You put a lot of work into your blocks and your quilt is fantastic. I just can't wait for the next block, and the next and so on so I can see what you do with the rest of it. It's quite the challenge to make a scene one block at a time, and it's looking great.

wow. that is creative!!!! i am so jealous of people that have your talent!!!! extremely well done. i too can not wait to see where your wintery scene takes us next...i too also love red, so i was happy to see your red truck depicting the color you dislike. i think that my making it red, it gave the whole quilt a little pop and jolt that made it even more endearing.
