Hi everyone

I' m Cathie from West Virginia. I have never done a mystery quilt before and think this will be a fun and educational experience. My theme is My Favorite Things. I have been quilting for about 5 years and I feel that I am still a beginner, so much to learn. I also crochet, knit, needlepoint, crossstitch, crazy quilt, read, and rug hook. I am retired so you would think that I would get a lot done, but time gets in the way. In August of this year, my Dad got sick and has since moved in with me. For a while I had to put all my projects on hold. He is still here but improving and so I hope the New Year will bring me more time to get things done. I have two dogs, Katie and Loopie. I have two grown daughter, one who lives in Myrtle Beach and the other in St Albans, WV. Am blessed with three Granchildren, Lyra, Cree, and Nash. Besides getting project done this year, one of my goals is cleaning up the craft room. That may be a year longs project. LOL. Can't wait till this starts ...need to pick out some fabrics.
